Grief is a deeply personal journey, and it takes many forms. It isn't limited to a single definition—grief can stem from the death of a loved one, the loss of a cherished pet, a sudden job loss, or the end of a meaningful relationship. Whatever has reshaped your world, your feelings are valid, and you don’t have to carry the weight alone. Inspired by compassionate, person-centered support, my counselling service offers a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can process complex emotions at your own pace. Whether you are navigating fresh heartache or carrying long-held pain, we are here to help you find understanding, resilience, and hope for the future. You don’t have to walk through grief by yourself. Reach out today to begin your journey towards healing. All sessions recorded for you. ***Please note, these sessions can be on the phone, Zoom or Face-to -Face. However, there is a much longer waiting time for face-to-face.**** ******Face-to-Face sessions are only available every 4 weeks on a Saturday***** If you book on any other day, the session will be via Zoom or Phone****
Cancellation Policy
(i) 24 hours before your session begins, you will receive a reminder with further details about the session e.g. Phone number to call for a phone session, Zoom link or the address to come to for a face to face session. Please keep these details safe or make a separate note of them (ii) Sessions will be recorded and sent to you for safekeeping and future referencing, unless you specifically ask me not to record it. (iii) Please leave at least 6 months between readings to allow things to settle down and move forward within your life (iv) Readings will be recorded then sent to you as a downloadable link. The link is only valid for 3 days. Please download your reading ASAP. Any issues at all, please let me know. (v) Any cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email to info@andrewdee.com or call/text to 0151 946 1027 NO-SHOWS for sessions will not be honoured or rebooked free of charge. Any rebooked sessions must be booked and paid for by the cardholder via www.https://www.andrewdee.com/my-services (vi) Please be ready to begin your appointment at the allotted time out of consideration for clients who may be seeing me after yourself. Being more than 15 minutes late will automatically invalidate your appointment which will then be treated as a no-show (see above) (vii) ALL READINGS ARE INTENDED AS GUIDANCE ONLY AS WELL AS PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.
