About the Event
Too many of us bottle things up and let them eat away at us. Whether this is by choice or not, most things are 'better out than in'. The problem is that sometimes we have nowhere to turn or dont know who to trust. Alison and I will be on hand to allow you to talk while we listen in a open, respectful space and Alison will also be available for 1-2-1 sessions. This workshop is all about you, we are simply here to listen.
